By providing your phone number and initiating a conversation with an On My Flow agent, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from that agent. Consent is obtained in the following ways:

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the AI agent. Messages are sent in response to your requests and conversations. You control the frequency by how often you message the agent. Automated notifications, if enabled, will be sent at the frequency you configure.
